Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24-hour notice for cancellations. Customers who cancel their booking at least 24 hours prior to their appointment time will receive a full refund. Any cancellations received after this cancellation window or missed appointments will incur a late cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment cost.
