Mandala and Healing Breathwork with Lynnette Rasmussen

You are invited to join a class exploring your inner world.  It's an opportunity to get out of your head and into your heart center.

First we will draw a Mandala which essentially involves filling a circle with color, images, shapes and symbols.  Mandala is a sanskit word meaning "sacred circle". The creation of the Mandala reflects a snapshot of your inner landscape at that moment.  It provides a pathway to connect with the intuitive and unconscious parts of yourself where insights and deeper understanding reside.

Then we will move into a breathwork session.  This is a three part active pranayama breath that quiets the mind, allowing the body to release what it no longer needs to store.  Our bodies contain the stories of our lives.  Many leave feeling lighter, clearer and more hopeful.
